このメモリアルを計画するキーワードとして「無限の発展」と、「無限の可能性」、「無限の平和」の3つをモチーフにして建物のボリュームとプロポーションを決定しました。　二つの巨大な円柱形の建物が、立体交差したブリッジで繋がれ互いに行き来する事ができる構造になっています。平面形は「無限」のカタチをモチーフにしています。　この立体交差したブリッジは「無限ウォークブリッジ」というもので、壁面には同時多発テロで亡くなった人達の全員の名前が刻まれています。無限ウォークブリッジは緩やかなスロープになっていて、上階から下階へ、下階から上階へ自由に行き来する事ができます。ニューヨークは地震が少なく、地盤も強固なので柱はできる限り細く計画しました。二つの円柱形の建物にはメインホール、展示室1、展示室2、展示室3、プレスルーム、エキシビジョンセンター、会議ホールなどを計画しています。この「mugenMEMORIALS」の計画を通じて世界平和を願います。
